Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed in writing via email. A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the date. The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date. I reserve the right to cancel the booking if the balance is not received on time.

2. Performance

I will arrive at the agreed venue at the agreed time, smartly dressed and fully prepared. Performance duration is as agreed at the time of booking, typically 2–3 hours of close-up magic, mind reading and comedy entertainment.

3. Cancellation By The Client

If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible. The deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 28 days of the event will incur the full fee. Cancellations made more than 28 days before the event will incur the deposit only. Date changes are subject to availability and will be accommodated wherever possible.

4. Cancellation By The Performer

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel due to illness or emergency, I will make every effort to find a suitable replacement performer of equal standard. If no replacement can be found, a full refund will be issued.

5. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of that party, including but not limited to extreme weather, government restrictions, pandemic, or natural disaster.

6. Liability & Insurance

I hold full public liability insurance through Equity. I take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of guests during my performance. I accept no responsibility for any damage or injury caused by guests' own actions.

7. Photography & Video

I may use photos and videos taken at events (with the client's permission) for promotional purposes on my website and social media channels. If you do not wish for photos or videos to be taken or used, please let me know in advance.

8. Travel

Travel costs are included in the quoted fee for all events within the UK mainland. For events outside the UK mainland, additional travel costs may apply and will be agreed in advance.

9. Venue Requirements

I am entirely self-contained and do not require a stage, power supply, sound system or any special equipment. All I need is access to your guests!

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
