Hi, I'm Nick Rushton.

I've been a professional close-up magician For over 29 years, performing at weddings, parties and corporate events across the UK.

I fell in love with magic as a child, and by the time I was 16 I'd won the Previous Magic Circle Young Magician of the Year competition — one of the most prestigious awards in magic. I went on to win the World Magic Awards "Best Young Performer" and the International Brotherhood of Magicians "British Junior Magical Champion".

Since then I've appeared on BBC One, Channel 5 and Sky, performed for celebrities, CEOs and royalty, and — most importantly — I've entertained at thousands of real events for real people. That's where the experience really matters.

My style is relaxed and fun. I don't stand on a stage or hide behind a table — I move through your guests performing impossible, jaw-dropping magic right in their hands. Cards change. Coins vanish. I'll tell you your PIN number without you saying a word. And I might just steal the best man's watch without him noticing.

I'm a member of Equity and fully insured for public liability. I always confirm bookings in writing with a simple contract. I travel UK-wide — that's all part of the job.
